We stayed at this property for 7 nights. First night the a/c stopped working and the staff informed us they could do nothing about it. The next day we asked to change our room as it was as 33+c and we had two small children with us and had booked their property because of the availability of a/c and WiFi. We changed rooms the next morning and then there was no WiFi although advertised for the property. We could not access it anywhere on the property and asked for some sort of compensation as we could not even work remotely as originally planned. We were told nothing could be done about the WiFi either and instead they offered us a dinner or a breakfast compensation at their restaurant which didn’t work for us we had dinner reservations at a nice restaurant for
our last night already and were leaving early morning for the airport. Hotels should not advertise amenities which are not available or not working and then do nothing about in terms of customer service.
