Sehr schmutziges Hotel, jeden Tag das gleich Frühstück, für Extra Wünsche bei Kaffee, hätte man zahlen müssen

Max 2 star property. We were given the room called ‘tiny double’ which was awful. The bedding and pillows smelt damp. The fire alarm went off whenever we used the shower because of the steam even when we kept the bathroom door closed. There was no floor space at all once our suitcase was opened. For just under £300 per night it is shocking. Breakfast was so basic. We ordered a full english for £18 but had for pay extra for toast?! We were told that because we booked via expedia we had to pay extra for the spa facilities. We could hear details of people’s conversations in the next door room. Honestly terrible.

The internet presence is far better than the actual property. The Junior Suite was filthy, the bathroom floor putrid. Booked a table for dinner at 8pm, the staff sat us but then never returned to the table. Went to the bar to order some drinks which were then served and at 8:10 the staff came to the table and asked us to quickly order as the kitchen was closing. Food was ok but nothing special. At 9:50 the staff brought us the bill and asked to settle it as they would be closing at 10pm. Paid the bill and the staff stood at the table and asked that we leave as they are closing, it was 9:55 and he told us „we are closing right now“. When mentioning this at check-out, the staff at the reception should no interest at all. Was looking forward to visiting however was very disappointed and will not return or recommend this place.

Die Lobby ist sensationell und die Aussicht zum Hafen hin auch. Toll war die Nähe zum Mermaid Quay und abends gab es immer tolle Essen und Bars. Der Wellnessbereich ist nett, aber sehr laut. Hier müsste einmal richtig Lärm gedämmt werden. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Allerdings wurde 5 Minuten vorher abgeräumt und es gab keine Chance, noch etwas zu ergattern. Das fand ich etwas schade.

Very easy stay with lots of options for food, and great gym/ pool amentities.

Good breakfast, good service, at all a good stay.

This was our second time of staying here and again was not disappointed it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The only issue was the mattress we feel a new one would be beneficial due to wear

Le bâtiment est moitié ancien et neuf, belle rénovation. Notre chambre était spacieuse et belle deco on a beaucoup apprécié. Déjeuner standard par contre au restaurant il fait froid on est gelé ! soit au petit dej soit pour souper. Rien d’exceptionnel comme nourriture et plats. J’ai connu d’autres restaurants novotel beaucoup mieux. Piscine on n’a pas été, il faut passer devant l’entrée de l’hôtel au vu de tout le monde ou prendre ses affaires et se changer là-bas et s’inscrire. Quand on y était rempli d’ado donc non merci.Situé un peu loin du centre à pied (15 min) donc si vous venez en voiture ok grand parking. Service pas à la hauteur d’un 4 * .

Ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten in schönem viktorianischem Haus. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mit 450 € für 2 Nächte völlig überteuert für ein bed-and-breakfast mit miserablen Matratzen bzw. Bettgestellen, die zu zwei schmerzenden Rücken führten. Kein Hotelcharakter. Das Frühstück war gut.
