„This cottage is centrally located for some great walks. It is located at the top of a high street with locally owned businesses and a CoOp. It is extremely quiet despite being next door to a pub and near the shops. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone could need for a self-catering accommmodation. The washer and dryer were a big bonus!“

„Neue Bewirtschaftung. Gemütlicher Pub mit Zimmern in extra Gebäude. Sehr sauber. Für England übliche B+B Ausstattung. Sehr nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto ca 15 Minuten von Salisbury entfernt.“

„Very nice pub. Good service and friendly staff. Nice room. Air conditioning a little too loud. For one night a great place to stay. “

„Ordentliches Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Flur standen große Ventilatoren auf dem Teppichboden, warum auch immer. Die Betten waren okay, das Bad sauber. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Der Preis war sehr hoch. “

„Supertolles kleines Juwel eingekuschelt in südenglischer Landschaft.“

„Great Hotel, nice location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Only downside was the lacking of an aircondition, the room got quite warm. “

„Lovely quiet spot, great for having a drink in the garden after a day out. Pet friendly which was great. The dog was able to stay in the room and go in the bar too which was nice. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The skirting boards hadn't been touched. „A very nice old pub in a central position in Mere The old plumbing system is extremely loud. There was no menu available - neither for breakfast nor evening meals. The meals praised on the website did not exist. The owner/chef arrived late for breakfast so early morning breakfast not available. Guests had to leave without the breakfast although included in the price.“

„This property was clean and well presented“
