I would deduct 1 Star for the food, but the overall experience was great so I won't. The Room was perfect, the service outstanding. The Hotel in really good condition. The beach fantastic. We were worried at first, because most positive reviews came from americans, but this hotel can absolutely live up to european standards. The food is difficult. The decision from the hotel not to have a buffet is terrible. The Dinner Restaurants all served really not tasty food. The food experience from all dinner restaurants was bad, so we tried to use the afternoon kitchens which were great and the Room Service, which delivered fantastic food. The Tex Mex Buffet on Thursdays and the breakfast was really good as well. So as I said, usually this could make a bad experience, if you are not flexible, but the hotel was fantastic. The hotel wasn't fully booked oput, so we never had a problem getting a sunbed at the beach, but I can understand, that people are mad, that two thirds of all potential beach space is taken by cabanas that the hotel sells for $85 a day on top. This is a crazy rip off. Agin, we were not affected by this, so no star deduction. In high season this would probably something that we were furious about as well.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen fußläufig zum Ort und an dem schönsten Strand der Insel. Morgens, bevor die Boote kommen konnte man fast alleine im Wasser sein, aber auch später war es nie zu voll und traumhaft schön. Unser Zimmer war ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Einzige, was wir nicht mehr machen würden war ein Golfcard im Hotel buchen, denn woanders sind die billiger und besser… Insgesamt haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Overall a nice place. Food and drinks were OK. Good pool area and a nice beach. The staff was very kind and attentive. Only hicup was the slow room service. Definitely recommended and we would come back anytime.
