„Overall a good hotel with many facilities and activities to choose from close by. Suggestions to improve: please add some freshly cooked meals to the breakfast containing mainly instant ones. Some scrambled eggs or even just ham/cheese and fresh tomatoes would be great. “

„The staff were fantastic especially, the staff at the front desk check in. Everything was wonderful. I did find dirty socks in the pull out bed. Amenities were clean and accessible . The children had a ball and so did the adults“

„Awful mildew smell in hallways. Completely dirty carpeting and walls on the 4th floor. THE SMELLLLL!!! Elevators were so hot. No certificate in elevator either. Room was clean. Tile flooring throughout. Bathroom sink outside the bathroom. Shower was good but bathroom was so small and cramped with no place to hang towels at all. Breakfast was NOT GOOD. COLD. French toast was hard as a rock at 630 am. How? Knats everywhere as well as flies.“

„Es war eig alles sehr gut wenn es nicht so laut gewesen wäre; Man hörte leider jeden Schritt durch von der nächtlichen Party der Nachbarn gar nicht zu reden - aber nachdem ich um 1am dann am Frontdesk anrief hat der Security das rasch geregelt - manche Eltern haben Erziehung leider aufgegeben! Dafür konnte das Hotel zwar nichts, aber es war auch so sehr hellhörig. Schade, weil es sonst gut gepasst hat!“

„Great location and easy access to all of Williamsburg, and attractive setting from the exterior, however, the one bedroom suite was very disappointing, dated and dreary furnishings and cramped/impractical kitchenette. Not a nice environment for a longer stay. The mandatory $7/day provides only a limited activity program that would be of little interest to many adults. To end on a more positive note, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive!“

„Two considerations for our choice was the pool and the breakfast offered. The pool was closed during our stay. A nice breakfast buffet was shown on the site, but it, too, was closed during our stay leaving only packaged snack bars and coffee available. Fortunately there was a McDonalds just across the parking lot.“

„Weitläufiges, sehr gepflegtes und ruhiges Gelände, mehrere auseinander liegende Wohnblöcke, Zimmer ordentlich, allerdings durchgelegene Matratzen, angenehmes Personal, leider kein tägliches Frühstück im Angebot (anders als bei der Buchung angegeben). Sehr gehobene Preise für Kaffee, Getränke etc.“

„It was okay but we had to move rooms because the first smelt really bad. The pool had a nice size but way too much chlorine. Our eyes were burning without even going under water. Rooms are really dark and you could tell it’s not a new hotel. Staff really nice. “
