„Expedia didn't mention the pet fee was $157 for the night. While pet fees are expected, paying more for it than the room is ridiculous. Expedia really should provide more complete fee information. Definitely would have changed my plans!“

„This is a newer property and reflects it! The rooms, lobby and staff are all excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here again.“

„Schönes Hotel in schöner Lage. Sehr netter Empfang. Betten bequem.

„Clean room, nice staff“

„Viewing the site online was very different from pulling up. There were lots of utility trucks on the property It’s located in the back clearing of a wooded space so it looked out of place. The room had a dry strange odor. The bathroom looked nothing like the site. We had food left out that by morning was ant infested. The “I Love NN” sign on the site is NOT on the property.. was told it was actually at the City center tourist area(A.I can put things anywhere). Breakfast was so so (bacon was ...

„Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Newport News was one of the worst on our US roadtrip. We had to change rooms during our 2 day stay because of non-working door-locks. The entire facility is poorly maintained. Bedlinen are dirty, all family members had bites from bedbugs all over their bodies after our stay there. Rooms are not well cleaned, ACs are dirty and full of dust. Breakfast is average, nothing special. Cannot compare to Holiday Inn Hotels here in Europe, a house like this would have had ...

„Staff accommodating and friendly. We did however have an issue with a microwave that did not work. They offered to switch rooms but we opted not to. It was also suggested to use microwave down n the lobby. I thought that the breakfast should have been included instead of offering items that were $2.00 for a muffin. Overall, this was the second time we stayed here and will probably return.“

„Manager mom rude and aggressive towards staff and myself“

„Room was disgusting. This hotel is not well maintained. When I asked for the room to be cleaned I was told it would be taken care of but it was never addressed. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here.“

„The water pressure for hot water was almost at a zero. The shower curtains needed to be changed. Mold n mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain. Walls need to be cleaned and the curtains on the window needs to be cleaned“

„Gepäck vergessen und nachschicken hat geklappt “

„Older facility…poorly maintained…literally the ‘last resort’ as we were attending activities in Hampton but everything was sold out. Mold in bathroom tub…bugs crawling on floors. Heating unit only blew cold air. The thick glass around the lobby desk should have been an indication of what to expect.“

„After I checked in, I was resting in my room when someone knocked on the door. I asked, “Who is it?” and was told that the manager wanted to see me. I explained that I was resting and asked why the manager wanted to see me and whether I could simply call her instead. The person at the door replied, “I’m just delivering the message.” I then called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. After I identified myself, she promptly said, “There’s a gentleman in your room.” Confused, I ...
