„Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice.“

We can walk to the shops and restaurants, and the battle fields. We love going to Mobjack Coffee Roasters. The cottage is always clean, and the owners are very responsive to any questions. “

„The cottage was in the perfect location for our visit to Yorktown. Once there we really didn't have to drive much. It is easy to walk down to the water, to the battlefield and the American Revolution Museum. We walked to restaurants and shops. The trolley that does a loop has a stop directly across from the cottage. The cottage had nice places to sit outside, plenty of room in the living area. „This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.“

„We’ve reserved the property months in advance and received a confirmation. When we went to check in to the property, the resort did not have a reservation. When I contacted the homeowner, I was told “yes, that is a problem. I’ve been meaning to talk to them about that.“ We ended up not being able to stay there and had to drive three hours home.“

"It was okay but we had to move rooms because the first smelt really bad. The pool had a nice size but way too much chlorine. Our eyes were burning without even going under water. Rooms are really dark and you could tell it’s not a new hotel. Staff really nice. "
