„We have stayed here many times, so it has become a home away from home. We have family in the area, and love staying here! The location in historic Yorktown is perfect. „The cottage was in the perfect location for our visit to Yorktown. Once there we really didn't have to drive much. It is easy to walk down to the water, to the battlefield and the American Revolution Museum. We walked to restaurants and shops. The trolley that does a loop has a stop directly across from the cottage. The cottage had nice places to sit outside, plenty of room in the living area. „The house itself was spot on, accurate description overall met our expectations. Our kiddos enjoyed the beach area and being able to swim in the bay. Outside was less than desirable. Grass was unkept, trees cut up laying throughout the yard, fence falling down. The parking was suspect. A little TLC would a long way. “
