„Ich buchte am 25 Dez. einen Bungalow als wir dort ankamen sagte der Manager uns das er keine Buchungen von Hotels.com oder Expedia akzeptiere sondern nur bar oder mit Kreditkarte und unsere Buchung stoniert wurde er hätte das Hotels.com mitgeteilt. Wir protestierten und zeigten ihm unsere Bestätigung und wollten das mit Hotels .com sofort klären . Leider erreichte man natürlich keinen an Weihnachten und nach gut 30 min setzte er uns unter Druck entweder ihr bezahlt das Zimmer oder ihr müsst die ...

„Lage sehr gut, Zimmer ok, Bad mit Oberfenster zum Flur (!) und etwas miefig; Frühstück furchtbar - das schlechteste in Ruanda, Pool im vergleich zu Serena zwar größer aber nicht ganz so sauber, und nur 2 Liegen für das ganze Hotel!! (Serena - 12-15 Liegen am Pool und nochmal ca. 20 oder mehr am Hoteleigenen Strand). Sehr schlechte Information im Hotel über mögliche Aktivitäten, Touren etc. aber nettes, bemühtes Personal. “

„Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere. The breakfast was amaizng and all the staff memebers were very friendly anddemonstrated solid hospitality skills. I loved everything about this trip.“
