„Super convenient shuttle and access to airport. I arrived on a Sunday evening and was disappointed that the restaurant, bar and hot tub were closed. In fairness, when I went back and looked closely, the hours of the restaurants were accurate, but it was disappointing nonetheless.“

„The main parking lot was closed due to repairs to the underground parking lot and you had to park across the street. When I got to my room, my key cards didn't open the door so I had to return to the front desk to get new ones programmed. Staff in the evening weren't very friendly and was agitated when I asked for a couple of trash bags. The hotel itself was okay but the pop machines on the 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd floors didn't work so I had to use the one in the Lobby. My next trip to Des Moines ...
