Hotels mit Restaurant in Pella suchen

„Clean property under new ownership. Effectively empty of all guests and staff during our stay. Property has tons of potential and a great location but having no staff throughout the day was awkward.“

„I appreciated the helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with, customer service was very important to them, and I felt like they truly valued my business. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet.“

„There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently. The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. „Have family in Oskaloosa and stayed here last weekend helping them at their house. Was very impressed with the property. Room was clean, smelled good and had recent updates. Comfortable too. Would stay here again.“

„ When we walked in the front door you could smell an unpleasant mustiness. The bedding seemed clean, thankfully, but overall the place is not kept up and does not smell good. The staff was friendly enough, but the food wasn't worth eating, and the coffee was weak. We went to the downtown coffee shop for good coffee. “

„This is an older hotel but dont judge a book by it's cover. The room was clean ( no carpet!)and just what we needed for a quick one night stay. The staff was nice. The only thing I could complain about was the washcloths were on the old side.“

„The hotel room was large, clean and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Grinnell area.“

„Furniture could use updating, other than that everything was great.“

„For an easy night stay somewhere, the bed was clean, the staff was friendly at night and there was hot waffles, breakfast was lacking any protein tho. They allowed pets, but it’s a 25$ per pet fee.“

„Older, value-priced property that has signs of updating including new, quiet room hvac’s and door card readers. Comfortable beds. This is my first choice when traveling to Grinnell“
