„There was a lot of room to spread out. Three bathrooms was a big bonus. Had a great space in the living room for our team meeting, and everyone liked hanging out together in the spacious basement. Enjoyed breakfast all together, with plenty of seating. Nice to have Hy-Vee nearby to grab breakfast food.“

„We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)“

„Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!“

„Hi there! I had a wonderful time in the room and got the much-needed rest I was looking for. The space was clean and minimalist(good thing). I do have a couple of suggestions: a coffee table would be a useful addition along with a wall clock, and it would be great if the rear entrance from the parking garage were more accessible. Also, I found navigating from the Star Trek spaceship walkways to the building a bit tricky. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again!“

„House was beautiful, lovely decor and furniture. Deck was well appointed with hot tub, grill, patio set. Would have liked just slightly more privacy, side deck was visible from road so passersby could see us hanging out in the hot tub, a privacy screen to the roadside would be an excellent addition. Otherwise, private back area to woods which was nice. “

„We stayed here for the accessable to the Red Bull Soapbox race. Very happy with the parking across from the unit. Loved the outdoor sitting area. We were treated to fireworks on Friday night with a perfect view from the patio. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Unit had everything you need and was spotless! Jesse was a great host and the restaurant suggestions were spot on. We would stay again if in the area.“
