„Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would ...

„So I don’t want to blow up a huge expectation and maybe you would be disappointed but we really loved this place. We stayed in the minimal tent accommodations as we like it that way and the experience was HUGE with the common area and other tents and campers along the creek with the water always singing the relaxing sounds creeks make. The stars were super bright at night and the AT trail a mile away is challenging and invigorating. Ask about the water fall swimming hole a few miles past the AT. ...

„Chuck and Valda were incredible. My father in law had an accident when he arrived and they took over stabilizing him and offering to take him to the hospital if we were not able to get their quickly. Communication between us was fantastic throughout the leadup to and through our stay. The location is great, secluded but easy to get to. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and relaxing. „This little tiny cabin was PERFECT for my husband and I. Although there are other cabins close by, this one is the most private with the tall fence around it. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing, and the sound of the stream/creek was very relaxing. We are already talking about staying here again next time we get to ski without the kids. “
