„Pet friendly and had a large area to take our dog out too however homeless people walking around and under trees made this sketchy. Staff was good enough to assign us a first floor room near the dog service area which was perfect the fitness center might as well not exist I never give bad reviews usually just keep them to myself but this is not a good place to stay“

When relatives asked us where we were staying, we told them where we were and advised them to never recommend the Quality Inn in Lockport to anyone they knew. The poor condition of the rooms, lack of cleanliness, ripped furniture and disgusting hygiene protocols – combined with the laissez-faire attitude of the staff regarding guest care has certainly left a sour taste in our mouths and prompted the need for this ...

„Property was in nice neighborhood and good location in town. Staying here was better than at a hotel. Even though host bought new mattress, there was no box springs so bed was very low to floor, hard to get out of bed. Other than that stay was enjoyable.“
