„The rooms are very dated, like 25+ years old. They really need new flooring in the rooms as old carpet is out and laminate floors are in, with that said the rooms are clean for their age and the staff are helpful.“

„Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.“

„As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.“

„The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.“

„A great stay“

„Very good! “

„Asked for cleaning and they told they clean every 3rd day, I stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned at all. Did not use the laundry, but the staff lied to me about the cleaning. I have to be back every month for the data center project, not my loss now.“
