„The rooms heating was great. The bed was comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, it’s so close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This was my second stay, I would stay again & would recommend.“

„Very good! “

„Couldn’t get into my assigned room the card keys wouldn’t work and when they tried using an emergency key the door latch was closed. There was somebody in the room sleeping, you could hear them snoring and they didn’t even wake up. I ran into the guy the next morning coming out of the room, hilarious. Why wouldn’t they know someone was in there.“

„Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.“

„As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.“

„Super Hotel. Sauber und ordentlich. Bequemes Bett. Guter TV. Großer Parkplatz mit Seiteneingang. Pool und Spielhalle vorhanden.“

„Such an exquisite place to stay! Outstanding breakfast, very friendly and polite staff, cozy rooms, good atmosphere throughout the house. Loved it!“

Personal ansonsten ganz freundlich. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.“

„The rooms are pretty new and very clean! We really enjoyed our stay“

„The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.“
