„I had booked a standard double room and while it wasn't an unpleasant stay, I would expect more of a 4½ star hotel. The bathroom seemed to be quite old, especially the shower had lots of limescale. There was no free water supplied, the advertised minibar was empty (except for a pack of milk), the curtains were hard to close completely because they were malformed and while there is a note in the room explaining how to be friendly to the environment, room cleaning service seemed to disregard ...

„The studio is perfectly located in Subiaco in a wonderful suburb of Perth with nice restaurants and everything you need, especially for breakfast. You can also spend a nice evening on the terrace of the studio. The studio is well equiped, absolutely clean and we found also some drinks in the fridge upon our arrival. Peter and Roland were great hosts!“

Subiaco is either a ten minute easy walk or one train stop away. You can fly in to Perth and catch the train from the airport directly to West Leederville. The apartment was spotlessly clean and came with many useful accessories such as hair dryer, dish and clothes washing products, coffee and a coffee machine. "Ich war schon öfter in Perth und habe das Hotel bewusst wegen der zentralen Lage ausgewählt. Der komplette CBD ist fussläufig gut erreichbar, CAT-Busse (gratis im CBD) fahren teils vor der Tür und auch weiter entfernte Ziele lassen sich aufgrund der Nähe zur main station schnell und einfach erreichen. Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt, das Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Einzig die Matratze war ein Albtraum da VIEL zu weich und somit unbequem. Wir würden wieder kommen :)"
