„The pillows had yellow stains the comforter had blood stains or whatever it was on there ended up getting my own cause both were really disgusting Breakfast every day exactly the same eggs and beef patty’s hair in the tub when we arrived toilet had brown stains I don’t want to go into detail here Staff didn’t really care will definitely not stay here again but the most icky thing was the nasty blacker and pillows“

„Das Harbour House liegt in Staten Island an einem idyllischen Plätzchen mit hervorragender Aussicht. Die Anbindung an Manhattan (Bus und Fähre) sind ausgezeichnet, alles in allem auf Dauer aber doch etwas zeitaufwändig (45-60 Minuten). Von den Zimmern habe ich mir mehr erwartet. Die Ausstattung war teilweise sehr alt und auch beschädigt (aufgeplatztes Polster am Sessel). Das geteilte Badezimmer wurde für meine Ansprüche zu selten geputzt.“
