„The staff at check in were great. Had to go to the front desk to get bedding for the pull out sofa and batteries were missing in the tv remote. Breakfast was very limited.“

„Beds were uncomfortable and on a metal box platform that made a hollow banging noise when moving. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was it had a pool. When we arrived the Pool was green and unusable but it was not noted at time of booking. Not what I expected from a hotel chain.“

I found the same property listed on vrbo as available. It was a higher rate and they preferred longer duration bookings. I went a different direction and booked into a hotel. „The host was good with communication ahead of time. Upon arrival, the home was in what appeared to be a state of abandonment. The code the host gave was right and we were able to get in. The AC was not on, so it was almost 90 degrees and the house smelled musky. There was what looked like a months worth of mail on the kitchen counter along with some tools (maybe from previous maintenance?).
