„One of the best motels we have stayed in. Breakfast, which is important to us, was small but had all that we like, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit, juice, coffee, waffles. Staff is nice. Can grab a bottle of beer by the front desk. Breakfast area is very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very clean.“

„There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working “

„We had a great weekend relaxing and playing in the water. The cabins were so clean. There was a great variety of water toys for the whole family to enjoy. The kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and the pool noodles. We spent a lot of time together jumping off the docks and floating around. The fire pit area was wonderful.“

Large bathroom on second floor is separated from bedrooms and allows for quiet sleeping while others prepare for the day.
