„There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently. The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. „Knoxville-Hotel Super 8....Einfach phantastisch“

„I appreciated the helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with, customer service was very important to them, and I felt like they truly valued my business. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet.“

„Pillows were awful and flat, nothing to them, didn’t have choices on bed. Long hallways to room so if not close to elevator then will be long walk to room. Breakfast was very bland tasting and juices were super watered down. Rooms were good size and bed wasn’t bad considering hotel bed, ac unit in our room seemed new so kept cool well, super small fridge so plan accordingly if need it to store your goods.“

„Clean property under new ownership. Effectively empty of all guests and staff during our stay. Property has tons of potential and a great location but having no staff throughout the day was awkward.“

„We have stayed at this property several time and it is always clean and the staff is very helpful.“

„The hotel was as expected, but the room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke“

„Have family in Oskaloosa and stayed here last weekend helping them at their house. Was very impressed with the property. Room was clean, smelled good and had recent updates. Comfortable too. Would stay here again.“

„Clean and quiet, just what we were looking for!“

„Furniture could use updating, other than that everything was great.“

„Sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal “

„You have to check in while driving in if not there by 9pm. They close but you don't find out until later. Then tv didn't work so had to call and switch rooms at 10pm at night.“
