„Alan Bates kommt gleich um die Ecke. Ein typisches Motel, bei dem man sein Auto direkt vor die Zimmertür stellen kann. Zwei Queensize-Betten, Kühlschrank (wir haben ihn nicht benutzt), Toulette und Badewanne in einem separaten Räumchen, Waschbecken im Zimmer. Es hat alles einen sauberen Eindruck gemacht, das Zimmer hat allerdings etwas gemüffelt - man gewöhnt sich dran.“

„The setting works on many levels. Next to the golf course and event venues (which is why we were in the area). Around you are quaint diners as well as high end dining. My husband has mobility issues and was quite comfortable in the rental- everything was accessible and on one level. The hosts have obviously considered what travelers need for short term stays. The location is definitely on our list of places to visit again. Very nice 3 night stay. “

„We were in town to see family and this was the perfect spot for our family that lives in Leroy and Batavia. The only comment I have to share is that the shower is small and I only say so because then you won’t be surprised. It works fine just small is all. All else was very nice and enjoyable. “

The communication with the landlord received a grade of 1++. The response was very quick and polite. The evening fire at the fireplace on the property (of course only with the landlord's permission) was also a very great and relaxing experience, the marshmellos were delicious. „One of the nicest vacation rentals ever. The home was immaculate - kudos to whomever does the cleaning. Very spacious home, beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped. The large back porch had a great view of the meadow below and we watched the deer feeding and fawns playing. Samantha was a super host!“
