„Frühstück gut, Sauberkeit gut, ruhige Lage trotz Strasse. Gut erreichbar mit dem Zug und Bus. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche funktioniert, wir hatten sogar waschen können! Sehr gut. “

„Matratzen hatten flecken.

„Clean room, quiet , close to train station and high street“

„Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. The grab and go breakfast was a shambles. I ordered it to the room on Monday for 0730 and it came at 0715, Wednesday it was ordered for 0720 and it came at 0650 and the coffee was a mocha instead of what I asked for, each time I was woken up before my alarm, not happy at all. This morning it came on ...

„Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff!“

„Rooms were very clean! Shops were just a block away! The park was very close“

„The rooms where not clean at all“

„Tipptopp “

„The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold ...
