„It would be nice for the property to arrange for some food options for the drivers since it is impossible to get there if you are not used to drive in India. „Dinner buffet is really good. February temperature in the room with central heat was good. Hot water - plenty with central heating. Rooms are cosy and clean. „Hotel is very nice. It has good location and great views. It has place to sit or walk around with scenery all around. Staff is excellent. Food is good although a bit expensive. The water is hot but have to keep taps open for cold water to drain and this causes wastage of water. The hotel rooms are good and spacious. There are nice places eg. Poolside and in park facing mountains- to sit with family and eat food. “

„This hotel has spectacular views of the valley below. It is very clean. Super friendly staff who cater to your needs wonderfully. Our stay here is truly wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. Lake Dal is only a 3 minute walk down the road. A short walk in the opposite direction allows you to see the breathtaking views of the snow capped mountain range above. Restaurant and good food available in hotel. Don’t miss this wonderful location.“

„I opted for presidential suite from this property. However, the room and amenities were below average hotel. There was no proper response from the front desk. It was difficult to communicate to food service/ receptionist due to irregularities in the phone line which was setup in the room. The blankets were very thin and no room heaters were provided.
