„We had a wonderful stay at Echor Tree Mandara Village. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great location and kind staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was delicious. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains and Dharamshala. Highly recommended and will be staying again when back!“

„It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking.
The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only.
It's a quiet property with great rooms.
If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor.

„Kiváló hotel. FAntasztikus. SZuper tiszta, szuper igényes. A szobák nagyok, tiszták. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Volt Tv, Klíma és hűtő is. A kilátás a tetőről hihetetlen a hegyekre.
Van saját étterme az első emeleten, ami korrekt áron dolgozik és nagyon finom az étel.
A recepciósok és a személyzet nagyon nagyon kedves és segítőkész.
A reggeli szintén az első emeleten van, bőséges a választék, és minden nagyon finom volt.

„Das Hotel war leider eine Baustelle. Swimmingpool und Spa noch nicht in Betrieb. Dafür hat der Hotelmanager ein Abendessen springen lassen. Leider hat die ganze Nacht Musik aus dem Aufzug gedröhnt und die Nachtruhe gestört. Das Essen war gut und das Persoal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, wenn auch nicht immer erfolgreich. Wahrscheinlich war ich einfach ein paar Monate zu früh. “

„The room matches western standards and this is fine. It is comfortable. However, there are three points that I must highlight:
1) There is a fitness center just beside the hotel and, when people train there and lift weights, you get the feeling that someone is demolishing a building because the people in the fitness studio don't put the weights back slowly as it should be during a training, they simply let them fall down! „We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay a lot especially due to the great service. We were even able to check in already in the morning as we arrived early from the airport. When we left, we were not able to take breakfast so the hotel gave us a generous breakfast box.
The rooms are nice and clean, nothing very special or stylish, but in good condition and with all necessary amenities. We appreciated that the AC also had a heating function.

„Vom alten Glanz des Hotels ist nicht viel übrig geblieben. Die Zimmer weisen zwar nach wie vor schöne tibetische Wandmalereien auf, müssten aber dennoch aufgefrischt werden. Die Fensterrahmen wurden so lieblos neu bemalt, dass auch das Fliegengitter Farbe abgekriegt hat, was einen schmuddeligen Eindruck hinterlässt. Der Balkon müsste neu gestrichen werden.etc etc
Man merkt, dass ein starkes Management fehlt. Zur Zeit von Kim Yishi war dies anders.
