„I was there for my Birthday and the Hotel staff was so unfriendly Nobody answered my requested. Never ever expienved such a Bad Service from a Hilton Hotel. Worst ever“

„Beautiful hotel and great accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful.“

„This hotel is bare-bones but perfectly good for a guest who is not planning to spend time in the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, but didn't know the answer to one of my questions. The location is excellent for flying out of RIC airport.“

„Our shower did not drain and we had to shower in standing water. Our room refrigerator was not clean and had frozen water all over the inside. There was hammer drilling going on in the room above ours two of the three days we were there. The staff was quite rude with us in regard to the construction that was never mentioned.“

„I was not impressed. The pool was very dirty on the surface. There were towels on the floor and no staff to be seen. The room was very dark with no good lights. The breakfast was complicated and the vouchers were not given to me on checkin. Also the shower was cold for the first 3 nights and i had to move room. There was no responsibility taken by management for the shower issue and i was told everything was ok. Manager was not seen at all during my stay“

„Ok für kurze Übernachtungen “

„Das Frühstücksangebot war mangelhaft. Z.T. nicht verfügbar, ausgegangen“

„Room was big and comfortable“
