Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
I stayed a night here and it was okay. First thing I called the night before and the young lady I spoke with said I could check in early at 12pm. So when I arrived the next day around 1pm the gentleman at the desk said I’m sorry she told you that, she shouldn’t have told you that. But he still let me check in early and the room was ready. The room seemed clean until later that night when I got in the shower and there were hairs that did not belong to me, the hair was quite long so the staff couldn’t have missed it. Just not cleaning properly. Then the next morning I went to get more washcloths, when I was informed by the young man at the desk, I would have to go retrieve my used washcloths and bring them down to the desk in order to get new washcloths. Because guest steal washcloths and that’s their policy. Not only is that ridiculous but unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. So I had to go upstairs retrieve the washcloths that I used on my body that had bodily fluids and bring them downstairs to the front desk. That is a first for me ever. And last but not least a few hours later the maid comes into my room without knocking. She did apologizes and said they told her, I had checked out. Never once did I go to the desk and tell anyone, I was checking out. It was 9 AM and checkout is not until 11. Not sure how they were informed that I was checking out because I never told anyone at the front desk that I was. The housekeeper was very apologetic. I will never be back
