„ Very private, you can see the other house but far enough away for privacy. Home is comfortable and presents well. Kitchen is large and plenty of seating. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything you could possibly need was provided. „The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. „Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. “

„Enjoyed the home, it has a lot of character. The only thing not explained well is that the room with two twin beds is actually a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed, but the room is too small to pull the trundle all the way out. They did have wi-fi but it did not work upstairs in the bedroom with the king size bed. All in all we had a wonderful weekend. “

„This home is in a great location in downtown Richmond. Close to great restaurants and surrounded by historic homes. The house was built in the 1900s so the charm was endless. We were comfortable and cozy. Some of the nooks and crannies needed cleaning (e.g., the upstairs kitchen ceiling fan and top of refrigerator, and the floor under the trundles). I also reached out to the owners several times (both through the app and email) during my stay with questions and they went unanswered -- luckily it ...
