„Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes.“

„The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?“

„Ice machine broken. Furniture in bad shape and needs replaced. Never made beds or cleaned room in 3 days. 2 days breakfast trays were empty at 8:00am. First room door wouldn't shut and lock so had to move. Biggest complaint was Expedia showed they have airport shuttle but after waiting a long time and no one came I called and was told they don't have one anymore and I was on my own! Uber cost $30 each way and management wasn't willing to compensate at all saying it was not their problem. Only ...
