„This cabin has a mountain feel with the trees and surrounding area, but the view over the river is spectacular. Drinking coffee from the deck and watching barges float by with all the nature you could ask for. We were blessed to be greated by a baby fawn at the foot of the stairs. „Really cute place but could use a little TLC. There's a little book for visitors to write in, their experience about their stay, and going back as far as 2022 the SAME complaints are still being written. Mainly the master bedroom mattress, and the TV in the living room needs to be replaced. Could just put bedroom TV In living room... easy fix. I mean, you're probably not visiting to watch TV, but we stayed a week and so enjoy movies at night. Also, the dogs barking... all around you! Pretty much ...

„It was clean and quiet. The staff checked in on me but without pressure. Really enjoyed my stay and check out was really easy.“

„The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again.“

„The place was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The area was great. It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.“

„The stay was great. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors very much because of the rainy colder weather. But we would definitely stay here again. It’s only about 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter.Thank you Gary for making our stay enjoyable.“

„Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. “

„We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. “

„We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!“

„My cousin and I were on a road trip on our way to Nashville for a wedding and decided to visit The Ark along the way. Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again.“

"Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Allgemeinbereiche waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit den Pool zu benutzen. Leider hat das Frühstück nicht zum Rest vom Hotel gepasst, es war eher wie in einem Motel. "
