„Thanks for the stay! Very nice modern and new apartment! Save place to stay in LA. Parking in garage at 20usd/night is perfect.“

„Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut gelegen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Was jedoch eher mühsam ist, ist die Vorgangsweise vor Ort. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, muss man zuerst im Büro anrufen. Bis sie dann kommen, kann es durchaus länger gehen. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. “

„I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed.“

„A so so place in a relatively quiet Hollywood neighborhood. Parking space for unit is super tight--only a mini Cooper could squeeze in on first try. Outdated building, small bathroom, no frills. Electronic locks handy tho. Texted a question to manager, but never heard back. Not worth the money. “

„Only suggestion we'd make to the owners is to inform those who have trouble getting up and down stairs that both bathrooms and the kitchen are on the lower level. This made it difficult for my husband who recently had knee surgery but otherwise, it was a lovely spot and well cared for place to visit Hollywood, Ca.“

„The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.“

Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room ...

„Das Hotel liegt gut und zentral für Unternehmungen in und um Universal City. Leider ist es ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Parken für Selfparking ist im Verhältnis sehr teuer.“

„Sehr schönes Hotel mit Pool, liegt zentral direkt am Walk of Fame besser geht es nicht. Öffentlicher Verbindung nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert einfach Top Lage “

„Direkt im Bankenviertel. Nach Hollywood oder Santa Monica dauert min 1 Stunde mit Uber. Hotel ist ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber dafür angenehme Betten.“
