„It exceeded my expectation for an airport hotel. It's new so everything was clean and well maintained. Simple hotel but everything in the room is useful. I could also order things online and deliver to the hotel even before I arrive. That was very helpful. The only problem is that some guests who had to catch early morning flight was very noisy in the corridor and we were woken up by them. Would be great if the the hotel can remind people about keeping quiet.“

„Very good experience overall stayed in this lovely hotel. Exceptional service from every staff . reception and restaurants . Rooms are located on 53 floor giving us fabulous view of the riverfront surrounding. But i prefer this new west bund location with cleaness and new riverside mall. I will look forward to another stay early next year.“

„Close to airport. Shuttle service“

„Great“

„Stay was OK. Only one bath towel for two people. Selection of coffee and tea in the room poor. Orders from outside must be picked in the lobby, no delivery service from hotel. (By robot for example) So overall service should be improved.“

„Schönes modernes Hotel, leider sehr abseits vom Zentrum“
