"All the staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. From arrival to departure we had no negative experience. Victoria from Reception, Diana and Junaid from Housekeeping, and Eumot from technical service especially stood out, but everyone else was also exceptionally kind and made us feel very welcome. The contact before our trip was great as well, with quick and helpful replies to all our questions.
We are a family with two small children aged 5 and 3 and had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and highly recommended. A late checkout was arranged without any discussion, which we appreciated. The room is a bit older but well maintained and very spacious. The only downside was the long elevator waiting times during peak hours, especially at breakfast.
A big plus is the free parking and valet service. The parking garage behind the hotel can be accessed with the room key, or you can hand the car to the valet. Breakfast had a large selection. The only improvement would be a self service option for coffee and tea to reduce waiting times."
