„The property is set in the forest, beautiful sitting areas around the house, beautiful cabin. Ac works great. Plenty of room for everyone. They have lots of pots and pans and baking equipment. Some oils and basic seasoning. Basic tinfoil, plastic bags, and Saran Wrap. My son and mom are disabled and there is no hand rails for walking up the steps and no grab bars for the shower. Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests. We reached at that address and then had to call to find out where to go. From amenities perspective, dishwasher and towels were missing. The manager dropped off towels later in the night. They moved us into a property next to the one shown in picture which was bigger but not what we wanted. Lighting in the house was also not ideal.“
