„Our room was very clean and it was easy to get replacements of anything we needed (tissues, toilet paper, extra pillows). Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the outside courtyard that had fire tables. Made it nice and cozy to sit out there with friends on a chilly October evening. All in all a very nice stay that I would definitely recommend.“

„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mississipi und zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, Service war sehr gut, Restauration ist auch gut und bezahlbar. In meinem Zimmer (nach außen) war es aber aufgrund von Außengeräuschen etwas laut. Ich denke aber, dass das nicht für alle Zimmer gilt.“

„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein Fitnessstudio. Man kann frühstücken, zu Abend essen und sie haben eine Bar. Wenn man länger als 3 Tage bleibt sollte man Bescheid sagen das sie auch den Zimmerfussboden reinigen sollen. Ansonsten wird alles gemacht. Man ist mitten in der Stadt. Das US-Bank Stadium ist zu Fuss in 5 min. zu erreichen. Auch sonst ist vieles in der Stadt sehr Nahe.“
