„This is the second time our group has stayed at this property. It's beautifully located on the lake and within walking distance to the pretty town. It's comfortable, very clean and well equipped. There was a problem with a toilet tank (no one's fault) but the manager responded very quickly and had a plumber on site within a couple of hours and the toilet repaired. Much appreciated on a Saturday morning! Thank you for another pleasant stay in Wiarton.“

„Was not able to check in and the funds were charged on my credit card, the host acted like he was trying to help me by calling Expedia and said they were going to call me back, never received a call back from Expedia and had to call them Back after my 2 night stay. Very disappointed with Expedia, it was a terrible communication they could have tried harder to contact me so that I could resolve the issue quicker.“

„It took almost 15-20 minutes to check in. The front desk attendant couldn’t get a hold of the operating night manager. Apparently something was off with the booking systems. He apologized thrice…. We let it go… Then the fire alarm went off around 4-5am (cannot recall the actual time as we were asleep, then packed and ran). The alarm went offffffff for MORE than an hour!!!! Had to flee to our vehicle. It was awful. We all had to leave our rooms and head outside- in our sleep clothes and all. ...

„The shower in our suite could do with a proper cleaning. The floor had buildup of residue from soap that a proper scrub would eliminate. It appears as if the floor of the stall is just wipped around with a mop and the corners and edges are needing a great deal of attention. When we booked, the listing indicated that a continental breakfast was included so we planned accordingly and didn't bring any breakfast food. Upon arrival, we went to confirm the times for breakfast, we were told that ...
