"We stayed in the Pinnacle for one night. It is located close to Canada-Place Downtown Vancouver. Our room was ready when we arrived before 3 pm. The staff was very friendly! The luggage was brought to our room. There´s a restaurant located in the hotel. Each of us received a 15 $ Voucher for lunch. The room was nice and clean! "

"Das Hotel liegt gut zu erreichen in Flughafen nähe. Nicht nur von außen erweckt das Hotel den Eindruck in den 90er Jahren auf den neuesten Stand der Technik gebeacht worden zu sein und seither nicht mehr. Klimaanlage leider viel zu laut, der Duschkopf stark verkalkt, Teppich stark abgenutzt, usw. Für eine Nacht war das Zimmer soweit in Ordnung. "

"I had a room on the 31st floor of the south tower of this giant complex. The room had windows from the floor to the ceiling. I could see the horseshoe-falls from the desk and from the bed. The view was absolutely breathtaking. This made it the best hotelroom I ever stayed in. Apart from that, the hotel delivers the typical standard one expects from a Hilton hotel. Everything clean and well thought of, welcoming, helpful and professional staff. Not the smallest detail to complain about. The fact that the hotel is part of a big casino complex adds to the experience because a lot of great dining oportunities are right on the spot. Can't wait to return."

"Mein Zimmer (mit Falls View) im 19. Stock hatte eine tolle Sicht. Gleich nebenan die Incline Railway. Alles gut organisiert, aber am Wochenende mit den Massen von Menschen muss man die Peak Times meiden. Ab ca. 8 Uhr lange Schlagen für das Frühstück. Falls Anreise mit dem Auto, vorher informieren über die Möglichkeiten."
