„Was extremely amazed by the building beautifull inside well done out. Pool was very nice good sauna and steamroom. However i was disappointed with breakfast. I love a buffet breakfast but it was described on expedia as a "free breakfast" not "breakfast included" the difference was a extremely limited one table continental breakfast and a menue order for a cooked breakfast. Further disappointed by the size one extremely small sausage 2 bacon tiny tiny cup of baked beans with eg ect, not a cumbria ...

„Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across. The bath protector was way too short and so it was very hard to keep all the water contained in. Shower heads themselves were very dirty. With the room, it was incredibly dusty. A lot ...
