„Great location - right in the heart of all the parts of London we like to visit! Nice fully equipped kitchen, as well. Seamless check-in process. Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests.“

We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. The living room looked like a storage cupboard, with a full-size spare mattress stored upright and other ...
