"Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist einmalig. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt kann man den Big Ben sehen. Das Frühstück ist für britische Verhältnisse auch sehr gut. Es gibt verschiedene Aufschnitte, Müsli, Obst und Toast/ eine Sorte Brötchen. Darüber hinaus natürlich auch typisch britische Gerichte. Leider fehlt in den Zimmern eine Toilettenbürste. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Kritik "

The most important thing for us, clean rooms. though the bathroom has no window the shower and the bathroom was very clean. two times a day roomservice. Very friendly staff. The view into the park through the panaorama window is very relaxing. The afternoon tea was compared to other offers in the area quite worth the price. The lady who served us was a very friendly sunshine. Combined with the view into the park a really great expirience which will keep in mind a long time. Absolute nothing negativ to mention. We very enjoyed our stay and would come again. Great job dear hotel staff"
