"Großes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer (Dusche + Badewanne). Beim Frühstück gab es eine sehr große Auswahl. Eierspeisen wurden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. In der Nähe des Hotels befinden sich Tram- und Bushaltestellen. Die Altstadt ist mit dem ÖPNV innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichbar."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the view from our room was fantastic! The same bespectacled gentleman handled both our check-in and check-out; he was very warm and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. The dining atmosphere for dinner was excellent, and the main courses—black truffle pasta and duck breast—as well as the desserts were nice! Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, and the food was refilled promptly. Before our return flight, we had our coffee break at the lobby bar. The attitude of the slender, dark-haired female server was absolutely ridiculous—she had absolutely no sense of customer service. Perhaps she thought that just because she worked at a five-star hotel, she was a five-star lady herself. We really loved the city Warsaw, and if we ever travel to Warsaw again, we’d be happy to stay at this hotel once more! But we’ll definitely never set foot in the lobby bar again. :-)"

"Schade dass wir nach dem Check out um 12/00 nicht noch duschen durften bevor wir um 17:30 unsere Koffer von der Hotel Lobby abgeholt haben! Es war ein extrem heißer Tag und wir haben den Nachmittag noch in Warschau genutzt um uns einiges umzusehen! Wir hätten alle eine kurze Dusche vertragen können ! Etwas unflexibel !"

"Great hotel in an excellent location. The main railway station is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. If you enjoy nightlife, you'll also find many bars and clubs within walking distance. The hotel bar is excellent, and the staff were always very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The only negative point was that I was given a room on the top floor during an extremely hot period, and the air conditioning stopped working. While the weather was exceptional, I expected a hotel of this standard to fix the issue much faster. That's why I'm deducting one point. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, would definitely return, and can recommend the Polonia Palace Hotel to other travellers."
