„Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.“

„Banger for the buck! Hotel is brand new, interior is modern, feels like a luxurious stay. We got a huge suite w/ kitchen on the base level. God the sleep was THAT good.“

„★★★★★ Great overnight stay Stayed one night and it was exactly what I needed. Check-in was quick and easy — the lady at the front desk was very helpful and responsive, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable — slept great. The place is well-kept, and the location made getting in and out simple. For a short stay in the West Chester area, I’d definitely stay here again.“

„Prima Zimmer, leckeres Essen und gute Drinks. sauberer und warmer Pool“

„The hotel was a good value; the room was spacious and clean. However, the toilet was running all the time. We had the option of having a maintenance person do the repair or move to another room in the middle of the night.“

„The tv and remote never worked properly, even though staff came and looked at it and said it was fine. Very frustrating.“

„Convenient location. Nice clean rooms with very helpful staff.“

„Very nice & clean. Only takes card though even for snacks.“
