„Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.“

„Breakfast cold eggs and proteins —-not kept at temp 3 of my 5 day stay. manager wanted to argue about temp rather than fix problem. would not temp food (show me thermometer) Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. One morning 9 am fully out of all breakfast proteins saying they were slammed at pne time? what ? they dont know how to que foods for full hotel at breakfast? Had to wait 20+minutes to restock. Need better trained team! Room in suite ...

„There are no clean room services during my 3 days stay. There were bad smells in the room all along. Breakfast is very simple. I think it is not worth the money I paid average around US$110 per day.“

„Everything was wonderful except the shower. The water pressure to bathe was no more than a trickle of water coming out of the shower handle. I loved the coffee machine that dispensed freshly ground coffee beans into a delicious cup of Joe. The breakfast was healthy, however, the server said the truck didn't make a delivery so no yogurt, no potatoes, no fresh milk. Turkey sausage was all there was and a few scrambled eggs. Not impressed with the food.“

„The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again.“
