„Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.“

„We had an electrical issue at our home. They almost caused the fire, so we were looking for a place to stay on the fly until the electrician could come out. The whole booking process and check-in process took a total of 30 minutes. And we were in our hotel, safe and sound. We were also able to bring the dog so he was safe too. A big plus side peak, was it was right across the street from my work so it took me a whole two minutes to get to work in the morning.“

„Where do I even start? My kids and i were displaced from our home, and we are having troubles finding somewhere else to go. So that means for about a month now we have been staying at the Fairfield, OH TownePlace Suites. They have all gone above and beyond for us. „The receptionist where great help and the kitchen staff as well. The housekeeping staff was okay. They didnt pick up the dirty towels or trash that we set aside for them for over 24 hrs. We had run into them for clean towels and they said we can leave the dirty ones outside our door for them to pick up, but it sat for over 24 hrs outside our door.“

"Wir haben dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht, da es sehr nahe von Kings Island ist. Das preis leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden frisch renoviert und verfügen über sehr bequeme Betten. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen und empfehle es gerne weiter. Danke an das ganze Team für den angenehme Aufenthalt. "
