This is in a perfect location, so close to everything needed from restaurants, cafes, to all La Spezia sight seeing has to offer. Short walk to train ride if interested in going to Cinque Terra, Monterosso was the best one we thought. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment and I would most definitely stay here again. ...

„I didn't realize how nice it would be to stay in an apt. in Cinque Terre that didn't require stairs until I got here. We are physically fit but the amount of stairs and steep inclines you have to navigate all over the towns made coming home to this apt. a dream. For us it was worth sacrificing any view since we were only in the space to sleep and get ready for dinner. Location in Riomaggiore was great and Andrea was wonderful to work with. „Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Gibt gute Tipps für alles in der Umgebung. Wenn man den Aufstieg von 130 Treppen zum Apartment ignorieren kann eine perfekte Lage, wir sind ganz schön ins schwitzen gekommen. Mit dem Parken gab es keinerlei Probleme. Der nächte Sand Strand ist in lerici etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Hochsaison sollte man früh los fahren um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit Action und Erholung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. “

„Great location next the downtown area of Vernazza but off the street and minimal walking to access the accommodation. The stairs down from the loft bedroom is steep in case you have mobility issues. The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay. “

„The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Vernazza. It’s close to the water. There are some steps to climb, but not too much compared to a lot of the properties here, and it’s inevitable anyway. „Our booking was last minute as our original booking was double booked so we arrived in Vernazza in the pouring rain with no accommodation! This was a beautiful experience, fully renovated top floor (which meant very steep stairs and small doorways) 2 great sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The space also had a kitchen and balcony which was lovely to sit out on each morning. We were right in the centre of Vernazza with easy access to all restaurants and walking tracks.
