„I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality!“

„This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. „The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.“

„This was the perfect place for our stay. The location was perfect for an extended visit to see family at UK. David was a gracious and welcoming host. Murray’s cheese platter! „Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Barely heard anything from the restaurant downstairs which was a potential concern. While not frequent, a train comes though downtown right out front at least once a day - only woke us up once. The TV had plenty of streaming services available, but a DVD player would be nice, at least on the main TV to allow us to play some of the movies we brought. Still, we highly recommend a stay here.“

„We really loved the historic features and feel of this property. It was spacious, comfortable and updated just enough without taking away from the historic appeal. We could walk everywhere we wanted, especially downtown.
