„The location had easy access and a great café just around the corner. The space was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. One thing to note, however, is that the apartment is on the top floor with no door separating it from the staircase. While the two other apartments on the lower floor remained locked, it's something to be aware of when booking. Overall, a good experience!“

„This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. „A group of us stayed at this location. It’s perfectly set above the Brown Barrel restaurant/bar. Perfect spot to get on the trolley or to get an Uber if not wanting to drive. Perfect location to all of the Bourbon Distilleries. The only issue we ran into was that there was not an iron or ironing board as the description stated. „Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Barely heard anything from the restaurant downstairs which was a potential concern. While not frequent, a train comes though downtown right out front at least once a day - only woke us up once. The TV had plenty of streaming services available, but a DVD player would be nice, at least on the main TV to allow us to play some of the movies we brought. Still, we highly recommend a stay here.“
