We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
For security purposes, the property is equipped with six exterior cameras. Three cameras are located on the east side of the home and face east, covering the walkway, exterior path, and gravel driveway. One camera faces north and monitors the main driveway leading to the garage. An additional camera is positioned on the west side of the home, covering the outdoor seating area and rear entrance. The final camera is directed toward the front entrance. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
