„We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! “

„We stayed in a small 1 BD cottage. Although small, it had everything we needed. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs. The pool at the inn is exceptionally clean and the beach and boardwalk are within 5 minutes of walking. They even provided us with umbrella, chair and beach toys. Would stay again.“

„The property was well represented online. The property was clean and welcoming. There were a few stray hairs in one of the bedrooms. Some hairs were short and some long. One of the throw pillows had a stain on it. The kitchen was well equipped. The welcome gift was very thoughtful. The location to the beach was great. You can hear the ocean if you walk to the corner. „Our experience was fantastic! Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Calabash restaurants a short drive away with other Little River Restaurants also a close drive. Cottage has good AC units and provides the perfect blend of vintage and new. Great Hosts and perfect for your pet. Highly recommended.“

„Initially our stay was a little rough, there had clearly been some major damage done by a prior visitor as the microwave handle and TV's were all pulled from their mounts and we had a bit of a scare with "water bugs" throughout (though this is likely just due to the beach location). The host was super responsive and even had the microwave entirely replaced the day after we alerted her to the issues. „The place is great for a small family vacation. You get what you pay for. Nothing super special or extravagant and we knew that going in. Very old school and simple, but perfect.Dorothy was very accommodating and cares about the quality of your stay. If you are looking for a cookie cutter beach house with all the bells and whistles, this ain’t it. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a simple family beach trip. “

„Checkin was so easy. Place was clean.Property was convenient to beach and super close to route 17 activities. Communication was great from host. Had a small issue 2nd day and Joe and Lisa both showed up to take care of the small issue. Quiet neighborhood, great for relaxing outside in evening. Thanks for a great stay.“

„No fault to the owner,,,but the prior renters left no key in the proper location and left a mess...We called the owner and she sent over the cleaning crew and they were teriffic and did a great job. The 'cottage' was very clean, nice and two bathrooms was a plus. The golf cart worked great and it too was clean. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short due to an emergency. Would definitely rent it again. “
