"Appartements sind neu und sauber, sonst etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere Pool, Gym müssten mal erneuert werden. Frühstück eher Massen Abfertigung mit geringer Qualität. Extra immer extern frühstücken gewesen."

"The hotel is fine to stay in for a couple of nights. Nothing fancy, but at conditioning in the room, shower and a very nice rooftop terrace. Cathedral and Tower of Pisa are very close. So it's a tradeoff between luxury and convenience. Prices are also okay. Personal is very helpful."

"Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Küche wird mit den anderen Zimmern geteilt und war ebenso sauber, aber auch nicht zu üppig ausgestattet. Alles läuft über den Chat, Personal habe ich kein einziges Mal gesehen, was aber kein Problem war, da der Rest reibungslos geklappt hat."

"A dream stay that deserves more than 5 stars! I chose Villa Petriolo for its absolute calm in the heart of Tuscany and its proximity to Florence, but most importantly, as the setting for my marriage proposal. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place. The estate is breathtaking, the rooms are flawless, and the facilities are of an incredible standard. We were also lucky enough to receive a room upgrade for one night from the manager, a gesture that truly touched us and made our stay even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Lucia and Rita, who were so enthusiastic about my proposal plans. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect spot on the property to pop the question at sunset. Their support and kindness made the moment even more magical. The culinary experience was equally impressive. Having a 1-star Michelin restaurant on-site is a huge plus, and the quality of the breakfast was simply outstanding - one of the best we’ve ever had. If you are looking for luxury, peace, and world-class service in Tuscany, I cannot recommend Villa Petriolo enough. Thank you to the entire team, the manager, and especially Lucia and Rita for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"
